They are very genuinely welcoming in an extra ordinary way! Always with a smile. The views are stunning, and the food is actually unique and super delicious. We wish we could spend more time there. Was absolutely amazing.

This intimate property is located within the Garden Route, 10 km from Plettenberg Bay and 24 km from Knysna. This is without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and level of service is exceptional. I stayed on the way out to the eastern cape and was so impressed that I booked another two nights on the return journey. I was given an upgraded room as a loyal customer. They even washed my car! Three wonderful restaurants on site what’s not to love?

It was one of the best stays ever. The atmosphere is amazing. The receive was very special from the staff. The breakfast is awesome. Everything about this hotel is brilliant. Welcome to The Lofts Boutique Hotel, a family-owned hotel that promises to offer you the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Situated on the edge of the picturesque Knysna... The room was beautiful, had a great view of the lagoon. Very spacious king room with a bathtub facing the lagoon. Very comfortable two nights stay and everyone was so friendly and kind. A nice place to base at to explore the area and it is walking distance to a few restaurants.
